Skill-based disclosure: BattleGrid hosts skill-based esports competitions where outcomes are determined by player performance. It does not offer games of chance, betting or casino-style gambling.
1. Eligibility & age
You must be 18+ and resident in a state that permits skill-based competitions. Paid contests are unavailable in restricted states.
2. Identity verification
Participation in paid contests requires phone verification, BGMI UID verification, and — for withdrawals — KYC (PAN and bank/UPI). Providing false information will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.
3. Skill-based competitions
All paid contests are games of predominant skill. Outcomes depend on player performance, not chance.
4. Account
You are responsible for account security, correct KYC and BGMI UID verification. Sharing accounts, using multiple accounts, or impersonation is prohibited.
5. Entry fees, prize pools and payouts
Entry fees, platform fees and prize distribution are shown before contest entry. Prizes are credited to your wallet on verification and can be withdrawn to a verified bank account, subject to KYC.
6. Fair play & anti-cheat
Cheating, teaming, exploits or collusion result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and account termination. See our Fair Play policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Automatic refunds fire when contests are cancelled or voided.
8. Platform usage
You will not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer protected systems, or use the service to distribute unlawful content.
9. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or platform integrity.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to BattleGrid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
