Is BattleGrid legal in India?
Yes. BattleGrid runs skill-based BGMI competitions, which are permitted under Indian law in most states. Users in restricted states cannot enter paid contests.
Is this gambling?
No. Every contest requires demonstrable player performance — kills, placement and objectives — verified with server-side scoring. Outcomes are not determined by chance.
How fast are withdrawals?
Verified accounts receive UPI/IMPS payouts within hours during business days. First withdrawal may take up to 24 hours for KYC review.
How are disputes handled?
Every match writes an audit trail. Disputes are reviewed by our ops team within 24 hours with evidence uploaded by both parties.
Can under-18 players compete?
No. BattleGrid is 18+ only. Age is verified during onboarding and cross-checked against KYC.
What if the server crashes mid-match?
Escrow refunds automatically fire when a match is voided. You can see every state change on the match page.
